Just so you know what I am saying it 100% true, here are the links to the comments made by EA and Sims Guru, So no worries toynbeeidea16, everything is completely legal and the team of people that collect and share this content know exactly what they are doing and that they are doing it legally. Early Release is allowed but All CC content is to be released to the public free of any charge (including ad.fly) within one to two weeks. EA and The Sims have stated publicly that No One has the legal right to put any CC content behind a paywall or force people to purchase that CC content. I, Emma, and the team that share these files, have been been dealing with the "this is piracy" "you are stealing" "you are breaking my TOS" and so on and so on, for almost a year now. EA owns all of the CC content that is put out there by anyone. EA gives everyone the right to share any files that they have access to with anyone and everyone. Oh trust me this won't get me banned, because it is Not piracy.
